Our role in the build phase is not general contracting—it is design guardianship. We steward the construction process by protecting design intent, resolving field conditions, and collaborating closely with architects, general contractors, and trades to ensure the built work remains faithful to the original vision. For residential projects, we remain engaged throughout the full Design, Build, Furnish sequence. For commercial projects, our involvement is limited to Design and Furnish, in accordance with regulatory requirements governing construction oversight. Build unfolds as a disciplined sequence:
