BUILT WITH STEWARDSHIP

Guided by a standard of beauty, precision and permanence, we do not simply design a structure, interior, or bespoke piece and hand off the work to be built. We stay engaged throughout execution. Our role in the build phase is not general contracting. Our role is to protect the design as it moves from drawings into physical form—a process we call Design Implementation.

Unlike construction management, which focuses on means and methods, scheduling, and code compliance, our role is design-led oversight centered on fidelity to the original vision. We serve as the design authority, ensuring that what is built aligns with what was designed.

Without continued stewardship, even well-designed work can lose clarity through adjustments and decisions made in the field or workshop during execution. Design Implementation preserves the integrity of the design from concept through completion, ensuring that the final result is aligned with what you originally imagined.

Design Implementation is included in all project work and may be available as a standalone service on a case-by-case basis, where appropriate.
