We stay engaged throughout execution—not as a general contractor, but as the design authority, protecting the design as it moves from drawings into physical form. We call this process Design Implementation.

Where construction management focuses on how a project is built, from scheduling, methodology, and code compliance, our role is different. We provide design guardianship, ensuring fidelity to the original vision at every step. Without it, even well-designed work can lose its form through the countless adjustments made in the field or workshop. We protect the design through essential shifts, ensuring the result aligns with what you imagined.

Design Implementation is included in all project work and may be available as a standalone service on a case-by-case basis, where appropriate.
